We process your personal data only in order to respond to inquiries addressed to us by e-mail (the basis for the processing of your personal data is the implementation of the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. contact with users of the SK Legal Law Firm's website). Your personal data will be processed by us no longer than it is necessary to answer the question asked. After this time, they will be able to be processed only for the period of limitation of possible claims.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for us to be able to respond to your inquiry. You have the right to request us to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority for the protection of personal data on the territory of the Republic of Poland, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
